– We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

– All sessions are confidential unless a safeguarding concern arises.

– You are under no obligation to accept advice provided.

– Abuse of staff or system will result in termination of access.

– Our services are free of charge, but we welcome donations.

– If you miss your appointment without notice, future bookings may be restricted.

– We use your personal data only for service provision and communication.

– Zoom sessions may be joined with video on or off based on your comfort.

– I agree to pay £30 if I cancel/miss or reschedule my appointment with less than 48 hours notice irrespective of reason (if I am booking on someone else’s behalf I agree to pay this on their behalf).
